We want you to know that we do not disclose any information about you to anyone, except as required by law or as specifically authorized by you. We restrict access to your information and files to those employees who need to know the information in order to provide services to you. Our employees are trained and required to safeguard your information. We maintain strict physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. When your personal information is no longer needed or required by law to be maintained by us, it is shredded, erased or otherwise destroyed before it is recycled.
